SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic

All in stock orders will be processed within 2-5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Preorders will be shipped by the estimated delivery date. If there is a delay with your preorder, JU BEANZ will notify you via email. If you have ordered an item that becomes unavailable or delayed, JU BEANZ will notify you via email. Once the order is processed, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We offer both USPS Priority and UPS Ground for domestic orders.

You may select your preference at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, JU BEANZ will gladly offer an exchange for any full priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise. This includes items purchased with the welcome discount. 

Please note that JU BEANZ does not accept exchanges or store credit for any sale items or items subject to promotions. All sale and promotion orders are final sale. If you are unsure of your order, please contact customerservice@jubeanz.com to receive assistance prior to completing your purchase.

JU BEANZ must be notified of the exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and items must be received in order for an exchange to be processed. 

It is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number for all packages as JU BEANZ is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.
